Third-Party Purchases (Marketplace Orders)

👉 After-sales service is handled only by the platform.

• We do not process returns or exchanges for these orders.

International Purchases

• Footloose Stores is the official distributor for selected brands within Egypt.
• Our services are limited to products purchased.
• We do not provide support for:
  • International purchases
  • Products from unauthorized sellers

7. Cashback Policy

• Cashback is applicable only after successful delivery and 30 days have passed without any return or exchange request.
• In case of return:
  • The cashback value will be fully deducted.
• In case of exchange:
  • Cashback will be recalculated based on the new item price.
  • Cashback value will be credited to the customer wallet only after 30 days from the exchange date.

8. Product Care & Misuse Disclaimer

Crocs Products

• Must not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Must not be washed in fully automatic washing machines.
• Must not be exposed to high temperatures or direct heat.

Examples of misuse include:

• Leaving products inside a car exposed to heat
• Storing in closed areas with high temperature

Sprox Products

• Must not be stored in closed or high-humidity environments.
• Improper storage may damage the product and void any responsibility from Footloose Stores.

General Disclaimer

• Footloose Stores is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or external environmental factors.

9. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account data.
