At Footloose Stores, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent shipping experience across Egypt. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Free Shipping

• We offer free shipping across Egypt for all customers who have a high or medium delivery success rate based on our shipping partner’s evaluation (Bosta).

2. Low Delivery Rate Customers

• Customers classified by the shipping company (Bosta) as having a low delivery success rate are required to pay a prepaid shipping fee of 120 EGP.
• This amount must be paid in advance via:
  • InstaPay, or
  • Mobile Wallet
    through our support team on WhatsApp.
• This fee is non-refundable in case the shipment is not received.
• This condition applies only to customers with low delivery success rates.
• All other customers continue to enjoy free shipping.

3. Shipment Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message from Bosta with your tracking details.

4. Payment on Delivery Options

• You can pay upon delivery using:
  • Cash
  • InstaPay
  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa)
  • Installments via ValU
• Please note:
  • The courier does not carry a POS machine.
  • Card or installment payments are processed secure payment link sent by Bosta upon your request.
  • This payment link is supported by Fawry.
• Through the WhatsApp message sent by Bosta, you can:
  • Request a payment link
  • Choose your preferred payment method (Visa / Installments / InstaPay / Wallet)
  • Request rescheduling of delivery

5. After Delivery (Important Notice)

• If you receive your order and find:
  • Incorrect size, or
  • The product is not suitable for any reason

👉 Please contact us via WhatsApp to request a free exchange or return within 30 days.

• The courier’s role ends once the order is delivered and is not responsible for exchanges or returns.

6. Refused Shipments

• In case you refuse to receive the shipment:
  • You are not required to pay any fees to the courier.
  • No delivery charges will be applied.
• Shipping fees are only applied in the following cases:
  • Second exchange request
  • Return after a previous exchange

(as stated in our Return & Exchange Policy)

7. Courier Responsibility

• The courier (Bosta representative) is responsible only for delivering the order.
• They are not authorized to:
  • Provide product details
  • Handle complaints
  • Make any agreements on behalf of Footloose Stores
• Any discussions or agreements made with the courier are not considered valid.

8. Disclaimer

• Footloose Stores does not request any additional fees from customers under normal circumstances.
• The only exception is for customers with low delivery success rates, where a 120 EGP prepaid shipping fee is required and paid in advance via WhatsApp.
• Any payments made to the courier are strictly related to:
  • Order value (Cash on Delivery), or
  • Payment links officially sent by Bosta.
• Footloose Stores is not responsible for any unauthorized payments or additional charges requested outside the official channels mentioned above.
