At Footloose Stores, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent after-sales experience. Please review our policy below:


1. Exchange Policy

  • Customers are eligible for one free exchange within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Exchange is processed on a shipment-for-shipment basis.
  • All exchange requests must be submitted via WhatsApp.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Additional Exchanges

  • A second exchange request is allowed with a shipping fee of 120 EGP.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • All return requests must be submitted via WhatsApp.

Exchange then Return

  • If the customer requests an exchange first, then a return, a 120 EGP fee will be deducted from the refund.

3. Refund Methods

Cash on Delivery Orders

  • Refunds are issued in cash within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • In some cases, refunds may take up to 5 business days.

Card Payments (Visa / Debit)

  • Refunds are processed to the same card used for payment.
  • Processing time may take up to 14 business days, depending on bank procedures.

4. Installment Payments

  • Installment payments are non-refundable in cash.
  • Refunds are processed through the same installment provider.
  • In exceptional cases:
    • A cash refund may be issued after deducting provider fees
    • Within 14 business days

5. Exchange Payment Adjustments

For Cash Orders

  • If the new item is more expensive, the difference is paid in cash upon delivery.
  • If the new item is less expensive, the difference is refunded in cash with the courier.

For Installment Orders

  • If the new item is less expensive, the difference is credited to the customer wallet.
  • If the new item is more expensive, the difference is paid in cash upon delivery.

6. Cashback Policy

  • Cashback is applied only after delivery and after 30 days, provided no return or exchange is requested.
  • In case of return:
    • Cashback value will be deducted بالكامل.
  • In case of exchange:
    • Cashback will be recalculated based on the new item price.
    • Cashback will be added to the customer wallet after 30 days from the exchange date.

7. Compensation Policy

  • Any compensation is provided as a goodwill gesture to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • It does not represent an admission of fault.
  • Orders that received compensation are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Online Orders Policy

  • Orders purchased through the website can be returned or exchanged only through the website.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted at physical store branches under any circumstances.

9. Third-Party Purchases

  • Orders placed through platforms such as:
    • Amazon
    • Noon
    • Originals Kingdom

👉 After-sales service is handled only by those platforms.

  • Footloose Stores does not process returns or exchanges for such orders.

10. International Purchases

  • Our services are limited to products purchased.
  • We do not provide support for:
    • International purchases
    • Products from unauthorized sellers

11. Conditions

  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resalable condition
  • Footloose Stores reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
